Engine 2 a New Start!

Okay, I have to post about this. It's a new year, it's a new month, and it's a perfect time to make healthy resolutions for yourself or your family! Starting at the beginning of February, Rip Esselstyn...

...and Engine 2 Diet will be hosting a National 28-Day Challenge! This is going to include Rip's 28-Day Challenge to go a full 28 Days on a plant-based whole foods diet--no processed foods or sugars, no meat, no dairy, no processed oils (olive, coconut, canola, and all the rest). BUT, it gets better because I'm desperately crossing my fingers that Rip, the man himself, will visit one of the Salt Lake City Whole Foods Markets.

Many Whole Foods Markets across the country will be participating (again, I hope SLC is)! Many stores will have classes, dinners, and more. Rip's schedule for the markets he'll be visiting will be up on the website soon. In early February you will be able to participate online at the Engine 2 Diet website, and they'll have new meal plans available and a newsletter you will be able to subscribe to.

So if you've been toying with the idea of trying a plant-based lifestyle, now is the time! It's only 28 days (come on, you can do it for just 28 days)! In 28 days you could lose 15 lbs! In 28 days, you could sleep better. In 28 days, you could stop getting Migraines. In 28 days, you could see your blood pressure and cholesterol drop drastically. In 28 days, you could see a lot of changes! And at the end, if you're not convinced, you can go back to eating the way you did before. A SAD (Standard American Diet) way of eating. I tease...but I'm serious. ;)
